Forsmay Butchery - 5 Star Customer Service

I have been going instore and purchasing for a number of years after trying all their competitors around them multiple times, only to waste money.

Recently I have started using their whatsapp ordering service as I am working away....

All I can say is that the service you receive via WhatsApp and the home delivery blows me away.

All questions are answered, All requests are entertained and adhered to.

Why can't all companies perform at this level of customer service?

Not to mention their processed meat is the best in Johannesburg.

I used to bring meat up from Durban after being let down by their competitors but not once since I started using them have I been let down by their AAA Whole and Half Lambs (which by the way is them prep and packed according to my specific instructions)

These guys deserve to be named Butcher of SA for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
