Consumer Act breach

I bought this product about two/ three weeks ago and ever since I have used it I've had side effects which at first I thought will go away - which I have not. This morning I advised a consultant thereof and she advised me that management says I cannot cancel this agreement and that you would supply me with another product instead. Not only that, I had to call back to get feedback - I was not even contacted.<br> <br> I have spoken to my lawyer and referring to the consumer act (I even sent them the voice recording between myself and lawyer as I also work in a call centre) and I am well within my rights to cancel this as it does not accommodate with me and I am not interested in another product you are trying to replace it with.<br> <br> I was not aware I have low blood pressure issues and this has only became a problem since I have used the product which has put me off all your products to be honest.<br> <br> I am willing to pay for what I have used and send back the rest. Please send me a address as to where I can send back the products asap.<br> <br> I await a urgent response and should this matter not be resolved asap I will take it further. I know my rights as a consumer!!!<br>
