Worst Salesman at BMW - Lucky Ndaba

Salesman does not feedback, allows me to test drive a vehicle, do the finance application. Application gets approved. I am now ready to buy, I phone him, he then tells me that the vehicle is sold. This is not one of the most useless salesman at this branch and I have been dealing with the branch for 4 years now.
