Rudeness

Karen is just plain rude. She does not treat us as customers in a professional way. And this is the second time we had to deal with her. In 2012 she was just as rude. And the manager Bruce does not seem to do anything about this. I complained to him twice. In 2012 I took my business to another much more friendly panel shop. I feel like doing the same now.
