Poor Quality Inspection

On arrival at Fors**** BMW Tygervalley I was the first person there but still waited over 2 hours to be helped by the Business Manager to sign documents that were already pre-signed via email and approved. People that arrived after me got helped first and I think this utterly unprofessional service!! I have never received such bad service from any other dealer I had business with. Before a pre-owned vehicle such as this is sold a quality check was done, so I have been told by them, but I received the car with auxi****y lights that were not working so I booked the car into another BMW dealer in my home town and had to pay R3400 to have it fixed which was supposed to be working in the first place. What a **** quality check they did on the car! I emailed the guy who sold me the car about this issue and he just ignores my emails and this is because he knew it wasn't working and didn't want to refund me the money I had to pay to have it fixed. Never will I do business with Fors****s Tygervalley again I would rather drive 1000km to another dealer. To pay so much money for a car that went though a quality check and pay more to have things fixed is just ********!
