Bad after sale service

I purchased an Audi A4 2.0 tfsi from BMW Fors****s Tygervalley on the 15/05/2015 through sales person,Glen Pretorius. An oil consumption test done by Audi indicated oil usage of 3.17L/1000km. A quote of R48,500 was given for the repairs required. Fors****s wants to pass the buck to Audi - or the motor plan - or a good will claim from Audi SA, but won't take responsibility or make an effort to resolve the issue.<br> <br> I would not advise anybody to purchase a car new/second hand with after sale service like this from BMW Fors****s Tygervalley.<br> <br> And they still have the cheek to advertise on a reqular basis about their excellent service.
