Forrestal Flat Orange Grove is a hell of a flat to rent, The management of this Flat are unhuman, They are locking people's flat on the 1st of the month, Block Water and Electricity meter, The Management of the flat don't listen or negotiate any issue with tenant, There is no communication between the management and the tenants they just locked people and their properties. The Flat is badly Maintain no repairs take place, You have to fight for anything as little as toilet not flushing for months before they listen to you, Electricity meter is 24 Units for R100, exploitation of the new millennium, please advice which government departments can help the tenants as this is getting out of proportion
