Terrible Experience

Had my sister's birthday there, we saw our waiter 2 times in the 3 hour period that we where there, we collected our own drinks from the bar, waited an hour for the pizza and when it arrived it was ice cold! The manager came to our table asking that we should stop smoking in the smoking zone because his regulars are complaining about the smoke! We ashed on the floor because no one could help us with an ashtray! Terrible service, and eventually when we paid we swiped our cards ourself, the *********** waiter just gave us the card machine. This place would never see me again, and thanks for *****ing up a perfect birthday!
