Vehicle paintwork damaged at carwash

Just want to bring this to everyone's attention I washed my vehicle yesterday at Formula one carwash firstly I have a hardcover on my vehicle which has 2 gutters pipe after washing one was missing then when I parked my vehicle off I noticed all these marks made by their pressure hose I called this number as I found on Google *** spoke to a guy which to me sounded like an elderly Indian man explained to him what happened and he abruptly tells me well we have an indemnity sign in place and there's no way he will help me I asked for his name and he tells me you don't need to know my name is this the level of service we should get after paying R130 for a carwash ?
