In humane Treatment

We have not been on a holiday for the last two years , Ever since my son was born in 2022. We were so looking forward to the break and saved up for it. We booked a 3 day(26-29 October) getaway at the The Formosa Bay Resort in Plettenberg. Unfortunately our car broke down during the week. We contacted the Resort we see if we may perhaps postpone the date , but they were not willing to accomodate us. We made it clear that we do not want to cancel , because we were really looking forward to go there. We lost R4000 just like that. We really tried to convince them to try and accommodate this , but to no avail. They just took our money and we got nothing in return. These people have no humility. I will never recommend anyone to go there , ever. They are inconsiderate , taking money from people who saved hard in difficult times to come to the Resort.
