NO Service, Nevermind Poor Service

We entered the shop to view 2 of the rings that were out on display, there were 2 assistants in the shop who were both busy attending to other customers. That’s fine, I don’t have a problem with that. 5 minutes went by, we still had not even been acknowledged, as in, we were completely ignored. No greeting, “I’ll be with you shortly”, zilch.. we continued to wait for another 5 minutes and dared to ask Mpho for assistance who walked right past me, as if I were invisible. Strangest experience. Anyways, we ended up leaving and will not ever have anything good to say about this place where at first there was a guaranteed sale. My friend really wanted the ring.
