False promises

I am really upset. I rang Forma Viva at around 09h30 this morning to ask about a tennis bracelet advertised in this morning's Cape Times reduced from R103 968 to R 12 999. Mandy said there was one left and she would keep it for me. I then phoned back at 10h30 to confirm I would take it, but was coming from far away. Shortly thereafter I got a call from the Assistant Manager to tell me there had been a mistake and that the bracelets were sold out, and the one Mandy had set aside was only reduced by 40%. I don't believe it, and am disgusted and very upset. It did not say there was only 1 or were even only 5 on offer. Just puts you off buying from Forma Viva again.
