Forma Scaff- Waco Africa, Running away from their responsibility

Forma Scaffs, Drunk driver drove into my car on 23/04/2021 whilst I was stationary at a traffic light. I have been given a complete Run around in terms of them taking responsibility. A claim was logged with their insurance providing a false statement that I rolled on their vehicle, instructing their insurance not to pay a third party claim. Although the accident report and the statement from the witness states exactly was occurred in the accident. That the drunken driver drove into the rear of my car. This is very unprofessional of David Corrie to make a false statement and place a claim with the insurer. I have asked several times for the insurers details and I was only provided with the claim number and details of the independent 3rd party claim centre, Claims Adjusting Bureau (Pty) LTD, whom are telling every avenue not to pay the claim for the damages on my car.
