I paid a deposit for a Telehandler rental in July 2020, an inferior machine was delivered to Site and got stuck 5 minutes in operation. The machine was collected by dealer, he refused to replace the machine and has been refusing to refund the deposit for 3 months now with empty promises from the owner.
