*****ulent debt review ****mers.

In July I was approached by the above debt counseling company. They said they would assist me with my debt as they could see I was under a lot of debt pressure. When they gave me contract the said the had already negotiated with the banks and my creditors. We made an agreement and they made the first debit order. Then the following month the called to say that they were putting me out of the program. Their reason was the creditors did not agree with their proposal and they requested me to pay an amount that exceeds my salary with 4k. When I told them I can't afford what they are requesting, then they said they can't help me anymore.

I then went to my creditors and to my surprise non of my creditors got a debt restructuring proposal, the just contacted my creditors telling them that I will be on debt review with them. Then after that never finished the process and when they could not get more money out of me. They stopped all communication with me. Leaving my accounts hanging as if I am on debt review.

I can't even negotiate a thing with my creditors because the silently refuse to send that rejection order to the creditors. I am 2 min to loosing all my assets because of them, when I met them my accounts were up to date.
