I was working at Forget Debt at the beginning of this year

I was working at Forget Debt at the beginning of this year. They sold me big dreams and told me I will earn R15k basic salary. This did not happen. I was also promised a weekly commission if I make R40k sales per week. My first week, I reached this target and got my commission. 2nd week I just missed my target, no commission. When it came to the end of the month, I was given all kinds of excuses as to why they couldn't give me a R15k basic. When I asked for my contract, they told me that I don't have a contract. They sell you dreams and make it seem like it is on black and white until you ask for your contract.
