I hope you are well. Late last year a company by the name FD consulting contacted me regarding debt mediation, the consultant explained everything and I was excited for the assistance. We continued with discussing how much I will be paying a month and proceeded with a debicheck. Than I was told I would be sent documents but nothing. This was around November/December, than suddenly I get a WhatsApp in Jan from a Tarryn with documents so I asked why now only I was told they were on holidays.

Even with that no one contacted me for a follow up. I assumed because I didn't sign the Power of attorney and mandate form that meant that we not proceeding because when I spoke to the consultant I said how I do I trust a company that doesn't get back to its supposed clients.

On the 28th of March a debit order of R3218 went off my account and I than contacted the FD company and my email was rep**** to by Zayaan Davids who said will get back to me and now he/ she is ignoring my emails when requesting my refund.

Than I spoke to T Sasman, think his name is Trevor, I explained my issue and he told me that FD had a an issue where their customers were ****** and now they can't assist with what I am requesting but he can't give me the details. I than informed him I will be writing to hello Peter and he than was so concerned of what I was doing and insisted that I must consider people's job so I asked does he now consider that money I'm losing to a useless company. He also promised to get back to me and still to date.

I have attached the details of the debit order and wish to cancel and remove my name from this company and need my money reversed into my account.
