Debt review -Forget Debt

Yesterday I received a call from a company saying they are from NCR, debt review and their company is forget debt. They told me, they can see im under pressure with my debts and they could assist and I could reduce my instalments and can pay just one amount and it will be divided amongst my debts or accounts have and I will be get paid off letters once I'm done Paying . Telling me they can see in paying a lot of unnecessary installments for each account. They sent me a link I clicked and signed, 😒told me I'll have to send my id and bank statements to ***, which I did not, but in any case I'll receive a call from them confirming everything. Later when I got home, I received a message from infusion financials, with my policy documents, which my name, address and id number 😞 to my suprise I never agreed to taking any funeral policy, I have funeral policies, I was told I would be helped to reduce my instalments not take a new policy that must be paid every month, how is that reducing my expense when im adding another expense. now a new policy ? How will I afford it? Why would I take out a new policy if I need to reduce my debts? I talked to a lady called Candice, gave me this number *** today they don't even pick up the phone. They called me from *** (today it's not in service ) also gave me ***, I was ****med guys be careful. How can I be so stupid I'm so hurt. I agreed to a debicheck from my account of R6788.00 😩😩😩😩😩
