I'm extremely happy with the service I received, I bought something on the site. There was communication with each step of the process, within an hour they called me and apologized because there was no stock of this specific item and gave me an alternative item or full refund. I really wanted the item so I took the refund and the process was so smooth and quick, it took about 10 minutes from phone call to refund. I would really recommend Forge 97 any day.
