I want my money

After I made a successful deposit to fund my trading account using my wife's visa debit card I was told that they don't accept third party deposits,I then sent them an email requesting a refund but I was told to make a withdrawal which keeps on giving me error message saying that I can't withdraw the amount that I deposited, I mean how was the deposit accepted if they don't accept third party deposits? My username is *** on their platform and the amount was 155usd
