Forex Villa Pro is a huge ****!!

On the 8th of June 2021 I saw an Ad on Facebook about the company called Forex Villa Pro who were offering their product to potential clients which is automated trading robot named Expert Advisor AutoBot that supposedly does everything for you. The opening and closing of trades,stop loss,take profits and also risk management so therefore as a beginner forex trader I was interested and contacted the founder of the company who is Ndzalama Peter Baloyi commonly know as Peter who assured me that the robot will generate profits for me and double my trading account within 24 hours and that's guaranteed and he also promised me that if the robot does not double my account I will receive my full refund of R2000 guaranteed I then purchased it.Unfortunately the so called "amazing" robot BLEW my entire trading account and left me with zero funds and when I contacted Peter who supposedly offers a 24/7 support service told me that it was because I manually closed some of the trades that the robot placed which were in a ridiculous loss therfore that's why the robot blew my account.I then gave his robot another chance again and deposited funds again in my account and again the robot took trades which were in a loss and when I reached out to Peter himself he then told me that when he was setting up the robot he had TP and SL around which is mistake that he made and was owning up to.I then asked for my refund back because now the robot was no longer working after numberous attempts and blew my account again and thereafter reminded him that this was not what he promised me. He was very rude and unprofessional when I called him and refusing to take ownership of his product as the founder and dished out the most appalling customer service ever!!!.After pleading with him multiple times he finally said he will process my refund and untill today I have not received it and he is ignoring my calls and texts and making all sorts of excuses claiming he transferred the money and however it's been more than 72 hours I still have not received my refund.All I wanted from him was my refund despite me losing way much more money.He is constantly ignoring me and I have a proof of payment and also screenshots of our conversations as evidence. To all forex traders PLEASE BE AWARE of this company FOREX VILLA PRO it is a huge **** and the founder too Mr Ndzalama Peter Baloyi who will promise you everything but fail to deliver and also ignore you after purchasing his products/services.
