Mr Vincent Forex Trader

I have a Issue with a certain Vincent *** he is trading under the Forex name on facebook he made me deposit R1500 in a bank account: RMB Mahlase, Tymebank acc no. ***. He promise a payout of R16500 within two hours. He afterwards told me deposit a further R2000 to convert money into rands i suggested he deduct it from the R16500 but he insist I pay it, I requested my R1500. Up to date I didn't get it. Kindly assist in this case
