Unhappy and disgusted

i am not impressed with the way the business is conducted, you pay money without knowing what you getting yourself into, they don't text or call back, you never know what really goes on. i wanted to get a refund for misinformation, they are taking a whole week to return a small amount of money, it is disgusting service, how do you ignore people you owe??? it is my money, i did not engage in any course you offered so release my money!!
