Forex ****er trade/First Cituzen Bank

I'm concerned. This guys call themselves "Forex ****er Broker", they advertise and are on Moja love TV to help trade. Apparently, their using First Citizen Bank to have my profit paid to my account, the catch is I'm supposed to pay R8000 extra to get the Authorization Code from First Citizen bank. Is that legit? Pls help
