Non existant Nedbank Forex

I have been a loyal customer with Nedbank for the past twenty years. I was gifted $200 and tried to exchange it at the Musgrave branch of Nedbank. I was told that the Forex division was non operational on weekends.

The adverti*****t for Nedbank stated nothing about this. You would think that the division would be open to tourists.

I visited on the following Monday and the person handling Forex was of sick. In the entire division of Nedbank, there is only one person assigned to handle Forex?? It's mind blowing!!

I went two days later and the lady was on a tea break. 09h45 in the morning and on a teabreak??

It's obvious that customer service is non existant at Nedbank. Rather than make us fools, rather be upfront and inform me that the service is no longer available.

Not hard to understand why so many customers are closing their accounts with Nedbank.
