**** and Ponzi Scheme
I honestly don't understand how Jerome Michaels is still not arrested after de*****ing hundreds of people from their life savings through an elaborate ponzi scheme and now he's living the high life with no consequences or investigation from the police, amazes me how someone can do this and not be caught or investigated! Only if we had police in South Africa

FBK and Jerome Michael’s.Have we all been ****med
Since my last complaint about Jerome michael and FBK I have been blocked twice by Jerome himself.There was a meeting held in cape town around Sept-December 2025 with certain investors and Marlene of LUX trading who Jerome claims to be working for.In that meeting and according to all the investors present it was agreed that Marlene would pay the lawyers in full for them to proceed with the final court application in Cape Town for them to get the FBK funds released.It was further agreed with Marlene that the investors present stipulated that once she had paid the lawyers and that the funds were then released that 50% of the investment would be returned to the investors and the other 50% would be invested with Marlene at Lux and a special weekly interest and that we would all carry on working with Jerome and Marlene..on the 27th of January I spoke to Marlene of LUX but she never confirmed what I had been told by some of the investors.She said she would come back to me but she never did.Her mobile number is ***.I then called 2 of the investors that were in that meeting but they said that they were sick and tired of chasing Jerome but that just sounded suspicious as I know that they were invested for more than a few million.I called Jerome on one of his other numbers and he was rude saying why did I post about him….i can’t remember my reply.in my opinion the only way to get to the truth about this FBK saga is to bring an insolvency application against Jerome and FBK who I believe that it’s Jerome Michael’s T/A FBK.If this is not done none of us will ever find out the truth and how to recover our investment and we all need our money returned to us.Jerome can be found weekends racing his car at Kayalami while all his investors suck the hind Tit.If anyone wants to contact me my email is as follows ***…..My lawyers have all the letters from Mr Donovan Sam,all the proof of the investments made by my family etc

This broker is one of the most dishonest and misleading operations I’ve ever dealt with. After seven years of trading, I’ve never seen a platform hide behind so many empty promises and false claims. They advertise easy trading, cheap spreads, and the ability to start with small capital, yet when you actually trade, nothing works as advertised. Even with a margin of R750 and a real balance of R500, the system flat-out refused to open positions. The biggest red flag is the withdrawal process, which feels intentionally designed to block clients from accessing their own money. I was told one person must “physically approve” withdrawals and that this person knocks off at 3pm, right in the middle of New York session. That alone exposes how unprofessional and suspicious this setup is. There are no proper offices, no accountability, and no real support. This broker survives on lies, delays, and empty promises. Anyone considering them should stay far away.

I’m not one to badmouth anyone but the facts are the facts and they cannot be desputed.Jerome Michael’s is not doing the right thing by his many,many investors.he says that he is waiting for his lawyers to get a court date to procede against the NPA.that is not correct.my legal team have spoken to his legal team…Jerome must first pay his legal team R100k before they will lift a pen to get the court date.my legal team have suggested that myself and my family must apply for the sequestration of Jerome Michael’s personally and FBK and at the same time lay ******** charges again Jerome for contravening the insolvency act by selling off assets and some of his very fancy cars to live on and to trade on the quiet for himself.myself and my family invested more the R700k and we are not prepared to sit around while mr Michael’s is trading with LUX and making money to support his family while others are struggling to live from month to month.im sure that both Jerome and his wife are good people but are not looking after their investors that are waiting for Jerome to pay the lawyers to procede against the NPA is immoral.jerome has blocked me on all platforms so my only option is to update all those investors who,like myself,have been waiting for Jerome to go and win against the NPA,like he says,and settle all those investors that have been sitting on the sideline just waiting and waiting and losing interest on their investments
