Refund

I bought a product that cost R500 at soap stories mall of africa that was expiring after 2 weeks, and I returned it for exchange , they said they were not aware that the product is expiring so they told me That they waiting for new stock they'll call me to come exchange when it arrives,a week passed so I went there to check and still they told me the same thing, I waited another week and went again they said they haven't got anything yet. I asked for refund coz I couldn't keep going there it's money and also not communicating anything with me. They said to me they need authorization from head office to do the refund they took their product back and asked my bank details that they'll refund me as soon as the head office approve so they asked me to leave coz might wait longer, since then I've been waiting for the EFT as they said but nothing.i called them a day before yesterday and they said manager is out they'll call me when she gets back to my surprise they never got back to me. I called again yesterday to follow up still they said she is out she'll call back. She never did until I call again then she answers and talks to me with attitude and told me they'll deposit my money before end of business and worse she doesn't even apologize for not communicating she just said xap and hanged the phone.I just need my money coz I gave them their product,they are so unprofessional.
