Terrible customer service

<p>I requested a quotation earlier in November and then i was contacted by the owner to find out should i still be interested - after measurements were taken, i was given an even better price as the initial telephonic quote. Then after days of battling to get hold of either Marius, Lee or Jaco ***ner), i get told that the price might change after further investigation of the top's size. Jaco then eventually (after many messages sent to him, read but just never rep**** on) made an appointment to come see us yesterday - which obviously never happened. I cant believe this is how this company does business - i understand December is busy time, but if you contacted me to find out if i want your service - and then this is how you treat me??</p>
