PATHETIC SERVICE

FOREVER STONE GRANITE IN BENONI. Never ever use this supplier for granite countertops. Firstly he took 10 business days to source granite amongst many lies and excuses. Then he comes to cut and install after business hours, causing nuisance and disturbance to my neighbours. The workmanship is incredibly pathetic - huge gaps from incorrect measurements and skewed and jagged cutting.Upon bringing this to his attention, he became defensive and did not want to accept that the workmanship was wrong. He said he will remove his granite and refund my money. But failed to consider that he would need to put the kitchen in the condition it was in before installing the granite which was not glued or sealed. Seven days later i am still waiting for Jaco Lingenfelder, the owner, to fix the ***** ups. He suggested splashbacks at my cost. What inconsideration!!! This supplier is extremely immature and uses his personal issues as an excuse in business. He has terrible attitude and had no inkling of customer service. If you pay for something, you expect quality work and you will never get it with this supplier. Do not use!! Does not have any knowledge of consumer protection act or contracts law, etc.
