Worst customer service!
I called in to request booking and other information. The ladies assisting me from the front desk to the transferred bookings department where extremely rude! I spoke to a Beryl who seemed uninterested in my requests and was very dismissive.
I surely hope the staff are better at customer service than the ladies I first made contact with. My first impression of this place is enough to put me off
