Warmbaths refuse to refund me my credit note

<p>I recieved a credit note in 2012, and upon recieving that credit note i was assured by a warmbaths forever resort consultant that my credit note has no expiry and can redeem it at any given time. When i called them today the first consultant i spoke to had told me that it was only valid for 6 months and then i requested to speak to a manager who was even more unsure told me 1 year. I was very dissapointed in the manner they handled the situation and if i had known this i would have then redeemed it before. I also emailed them proof of the credit note not having "any expiry date"! and they still havent responded back to me!! </p> <p>My Credit note was for R360.00 rand which they are robbing me off. I just feel that they are ********* and there service was very unsatisfactory.</p>
