unit very badly cleaned
could not believe how poorly cleaned the unit was and how we were expected to accept that. i even had to take the carpet outside and dust it off because there ever even broken glasses in it and on the floor, which wasnt very safe for the kids.. will never go there! Pathetic service overall!

We are extremely saddened by the events, as we at Forever pride ourselves in delivering the best Guest service and strive to get the basics right consistently. We have discussed the matter with the General Manager at Phalaborwa Safari Park, A Forever Resort and we have taken the appropriate action to rectify the situation and ensure that this does not happen in future. He will definitely be conducting regular checks on the standard of the cleaning of the units.
In conclusion please allow me to thank you for taking the time to report your constructive criticism as it is absolutely necessary for us to get feedback from our Guests. Your experience most certainly does not reflect the high standard that Forever is proud to offer.
We would appreciate that you would consider returning to Forever in order to make new memories and to put this experience behind you.
