Unfriendly staff, drunk guests. Avoid at all costs.

Arrived at their Plettenberg Bay Forever resort from Port Elizabeth after 4pm. Reception staff booked us in and we were told to "drive down this road and find a spot"

Carried on as instructed and at the security boom the same instructions were given.

Well after driving down said road, we were met with a large crowd of clearly inebriated holidaymakers who obviously frequented this place as they all seem to know each other. No regard was shown to us driving along looking for "a random spot" as 4x4's l, trailers and kids bicycles were left willy-nilly. I had to drive very carefully to avoid these kids on their bicycles. Not a staff member in site to assist. I circled 2 unsuccessfully and headed back to reception. I kind of got this sense of why are you bothering me again from her as I instructed you the first time what to do.

I realized then that there's going to be no more help forthcoming and politely exited and drove back home. Absolutely shocking service.
