Unbelievable disappointing Service

I made a booking for a campsite we are 5 Adults and 3 children with 2 babies both under 2 years.

We already have to pay full price for the 3 children under 12.

We are told we need to get another campsite because of the 2 babies.

They do not occupy space and the other 3 are not adults but children i do not understand why we need to get another camp site if we only need the one because the other site will be empty as we only coming with a 10 sleeper tent.

so that means we will be paying for a space we do not need.

I even spoke to the manager but she refuse to understand i would understand if it was 8 Adults but its 5 adults with 3 kids under 12 and 2 babies that will sleep with us the do not occupy any space we not coming with cots and a whole lot of things so we will be paying for an empty space.
