Taking Forever to confirm a reservation
I made a booking enquiry on Forever Resorts' website, and received an e-mail confirming receipt of the enquiry at 06h33 on 08 June 2015. No further response was received more than 24 hours later. Shocking.

I refer to your comments with regards to your booking enquiry on the Forever Resorts website.
On behalf of Forever Resorts, Lodges, Hotels and Retreats I would like to humbly apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are currently in the process of moving over to a new booking system and unfortunately this is causing some problems with our booking requests. Please note that your experience most certainly does not reflect the high standard of service that Forever is proud to offer.
In conclusion please allow me to thank you for taking the time to report your constructive criticism as it is absolutely necessary for us to get feedback from our Guests.
