still no reply from Aventura Resort
I have posted a Big concern on Hello Peter on the 7th and still i did not get any feedback from anybody please can I get a reply via e mail Thank you

Kindly note that the issues you mentioned with regards to security will be taken up with the outsourced security company.
In terms of the over charge that you mention we shall take this up with the resort.
We wish to thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention and we apologise for the unruly behaviour of your fellow Guests.
