Standards not being Maintained
Was booked in at Badplaas over the easter Weekend ,left Badplaas with a really Sour taste.<br> <br> 1) Hydro Pools extremely Filthy/Dirty <br> 2)Communal Rondavels Bathrooms need a upgrade,we pay more for a communal rondavel yet the campsite bathrooms have been upgraded<br> 3)Go Karts -Woww absolute disregard for Safety.No use of Helmets ( Got pictures to back up this)<br> 4) In a country where we experiencing drought ,the showers in the communal bathrooms are dripping and leaking ,water is being wasted.<br> 5) Sunday Night Resort had no Electricity.<br> 6) When we arrived on Friday Morning at 01:20 am guards were asleep at the front gate,had to open the booms our selves.

As a loyal return guest, we thank you for your valued time bringing all your concerns regarding your recent stay to our attention. We understand that the Assistant General Manager at Badplaas, A Forever Resort has been in direct contact with you as well.
We would like to provide feedback as follows:
1. Extra measurements are in place to ensure our facilities are kept clean and neat.
2. I gladly report that upgrading of certain areas are in process. We anticipate that the communal bathrooms and economic rondavels will be next for upgrading.
3. The matter of safety at the Go Karts was discussed with the outsourced company. Health & safety is of great importance to us and we will monitor the compulsory regulations.
4. Thank you, the maintenance team attended to the leaking taps at the communal bathrooms. We also motivate our guests to save water and report any water leaks.
5. Yes, we did indeed experience an Eskom power failure on the Resort, Badplaas Town and Community. This was reported and restored by Eskom.
6. We have referred your observation to our outsourced Security Company for investigation.
