The most disgusting and most unhelpful security and maintenance service ever we paid for 4 nights for and booked 2 4 sleeper chalets the last day there one of us lost the handband and we were coming from polokwane as we booked there for business one of the 4 people in the car was sick and we told the security that we reported the band he insists that we are all not allowed in until we pay 200 for the band we said you can keep the person with the lost band to pay while we take the sick person inside since the other 3 bands are on he refused and called another lady that was beyond rude and disrespectful like we staying there for free where we paid over 16k just for 4 nights this us an **** place to be in and i will never ever recommend any of my business or partners or clients to be in that place day visitors is fine but the people who pays arm and a leg to stay there and support ur business to stay afloat in these difficult times gets treated this way ? Never again and i will ensure everyone and every business i know off to not waste a cent there on this ****ty service and treatment
