Seamless Booking Process
Forever Resorts are a destination of choice. With all sorts of family entertainment. From hotels to chalets. I usually make use of the online chat in the app if I encounter problems booking myself.
So i was making the booking around 8pm and sent a message to the chat with no answer. I figured its late. But this morning I woke up to an email following up on the missed chat from last night, i never expected that, at all. I was transfered to the right team to do the booking and viola booking made. Payment made and everything is all well.
Looking forward to my stay with you guys.
