rude gaurd and supervisor warmbaths forever resort

me and my family of 4 recently decided to spend a day at warmbaths, upon arrival, the security guard was so rude and aggressive, he even searched my 12 year old son bodily, me and my husband were shocked, we have never been body searched at warmbaths, our picnic baskets and items we take into the resort are normally searched, even after our cooperation the guard was very aggressive when we asked to see a supervisor, upon which a lady was approaching in uniform, she was even worse, I will not advise anyone to visit warmbaths bela bela especially with your children, the service is pathetic, and for the price we paid plus travelling from pretoria, we could not wait to leave, and we tried to get a refund after this incident and they refused. shame on forever resort sa as well, your service delivery and poor attempt to follow through with a customer is pathetic.
