I had the privilege today of dealing with Priscilla, my mind was blown at home amazing this lady is at doing her job. It felt like I was speaking to my mother a warm, calming, caring respectful soul I have not come across in my life.

I was last at your resort when I was 12 years old, today I'm 31 a returning ... my mother and father always spoke highly of "aventura" I know the name changed but it's clear nothing else changed,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Priscilla from the bottom of my heart and make management aware of that brilliant diamond sitting at that desk.

She is a real gem and please take grate care of her, I just wanted to clime through the phone and give her a enormous hug
