poor poor poor

<p>I have been a regular visitor for the past 15 years at warmbaths and always camped simply because warmbaths had the best facilities for camping and i raved about the communal bathrooms at the campsites and the service but not anymore, i probably wont even be camping at warmbaths anymore. Last year December i experienced this but it was the 1st time so i shrugged it off but this past weekend it was exactly the same so i have to voice my concern. I have been to public toilets that are better than warmbaths. The entire weekend, the bathroom was filthy, toilets were blocked, urinals were blocked, the showers were filthy and the floors hadn't been cleaned in ages i assume, lets not forget the pungent urine smell when you enter. I honestly had to drive around the campsite to find a suitable place to shower and use the toilet but they were all the same! Bare in mind this bathroom was in this exact same condition when i left on sunday. I have been to warmbaths since 2008 and everytime without fail we would get up and the campsite was cleaned, the braai stand cleaned and the bins cleaned, now, your braaistand is dirty when you enter and not cleaned once the whole weekend, the bin was full and remained that way for the entire weekend till we left. Its actually put me off from visiting warmbaths to camp again. I am really dissapointed, its either under new management or became so popular that its all about the money and not about hospitality anymore.</p>
