Overrated overcrowded and an absolute waste of money!

Our recent stay at Warm Baths was extremely disappointing and failed to meet the basic expectations for hospitality, upon arrival your receptionist Benita was unfriendly, your rates are ridiculously high for the poor service we encountered not to mention the overcrowding, unprofessional staff, and badly maintained facilities.

The combination of poor service, overcrowding, disrespectful staff, and neglected facilities made our vacation a stressful ordeal. I would not recommend this resort. Residents pay an arm and a leg for accommodation that is below standard, we could not freely enjoy the amenities because of overcrowding from day visitors. Life guards had no control over the crowd. I am absolutely disgusted in Warmbaths Management!

What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend away with family turned out to be a traumatic and stressful ordeal, and an absolute waste of money! The only positives about this trip was the game drive with Norman.
