No-Go zone ! Forever Resorts Warmbaths

My husband and I had a booking at the Pilazza Hotel at Monti Casino to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but instead, cancelled at short notice as a drive out to Bela seemed to be a good idea seeing that we haven't been there in so many years.

We booked late Friday into the hotel, but sadly we were welcomed by a very shabby looking hotel room. Definitely not a 3 star rating worthy.

The bedding was washed out, and the mattress was in a very bad condition, one could actually feel the springs in your back at every angle you moved. The air-con wasn't working properly, it made such a terrible noise that we couldn't even sleep through. We were up the whole night with such intense heat that one couldn't even breathe. And to our detriment, we decided to open the door for fresh air and thereafter became fresh blood for all the mosquitoes.

So much for a romantic night out that turned out to be the worst ever. We had 1 more night to stay but opted to leave instead, another night was going to be torture.

The hotel rates is also excessive, knowing the condition that the hotel is in. These rates must be reviewed and so should the agredited rating.

We eventually returned to the 5 star Pillazo hotel at Monti-casino, paid a lesser rate with a superberliss room and service.

I hope we make better choices next time..Forever resorts is a no go ..
