Never book at forever resorts ever !!!
I’m a paraplegic and I recently booked at the forever resorts in warmbaths wanting to use the paraplegic facility in the hydro . Before making my reservation I phoned in to enquire about there facilities and if the hydro will be in operation , the lady ensured me that all is fine and I made my reservation .
The day before I can leave after making all my necessary arrangements the lady from forever resorts phones me to tell that the hydro is not working I was very upset and asked to speak to the manager
I spoke to the manager and I asked her to recompensate me on my losses , she was very rude and arrogant and she refused to recompensate me in any way for my losses
I was very upset with my experience and will never come back to the forever resorts ever again ....

On behalf of Forever Resorts, Lodges, Hotels and Retreats I would like to apologise as we at Forever pride ourselves in delivering the best Guest experience and strive to get the basics right consistently. However we do require to do renovations from time-to -time and thus the Hydro was out of service for a few weeks due to upgrades and refurbishment.
We have discussed the matter with the General Manager at Warmbaths, A Forever Resort who confirmed that you were happy with the resolution of the complaint when your call was returned by Hillary.
In conclusion please allow we to thank you for taking the time to report your constructive criticism as it is absolutely necessary for us to get feedback from our Guests.
