More than 40 people on 3 stands

We have booked our place already in January to break away for the Easter weekend. This weekend was the worse weekend of our time we took some family with. On Thursday night we had to ask the neighbours to turn down their music they refused to do it, they did it all the time this weekend and we only fell a sleep hopefully 3h00 in the morning, when we looked for security they were no where to be found as well as Management which I think is unacceptable. They also let the kids use the grass to urinated after there is toilets. They waited for security to leave and just put their music back on. The same kind of money I paid that people paid but they spoiled our weekend. Reception informed us only 5 people per stand is allowed now I need to know that was more than 40 people on 3 stands. I did took a footage of this people noise if you would like to listen to it.On Thursday I have told the reception lady only 6 people will stay over on Monday night and she have over charge me for 9 people.I want to make people aware of this Resort it is not the same like it used to be, with all due respect Klein Kariba makes sure that music is off by 10h00 by the night time or you out of the resort
