Money making tactics
Wanted to book from the 25th September 2015 to the 27th September 2015 (2 night stay) and are being told NO you HAVE to book from the 23rd until the 27th (4 night stay). This weekend would have been ideal as the 25th is a school holiday and we cannot get off from work/school for the 23rd and neither can we afford the extra 2 nights stay that we are being FORCED to take. This is a bit unfair as a resort cannot dictate your leave for you. I would've understood if there were no more space available, but to tell customers from when they are ALLOWED to book in does not make sense. Whatever happened to Customer service and Customer experience? Flexibility goes a long way to address issues like these.<br> We try to visit warmbaths at least twice a year as a family of 6, suffice to say these terms leaves a bad taste and will dissuade a many people from visiting your beautiful resort in the future.
