Missing necklaces (******)
The Hydro [forever resort]
Booked a massage on the 6 July 2025 at 2:00 for my mother,sister and myself It was a full body hot stone message, jet bath and a manicure it was a total of 3 hours.
Upon arrival we received locker with keys and the same key opens all the locks how I know was I was struggling to close the one and moved on to the next and the same key worked. But while getting my message done my necklace was taken out from my bag my bag was left unzipped which is something I’ll never do A gold necklace with 2 gold crosses
I was already furious with the fact that I had a manicure and my nail polish was not even dry it was off before even left the gate, never the less the staff had already knocked off so I left it
Then I found out my necklaces was missing I spent 3k at that spa and to find that my bag was tampered with is really disgusting…
