Horrible experience

<p>We have been going to Badplaas for years and every time was amazing but the last time we were there was terrible!! Thought that we would go back again... We booked a 10 sleeper at Rex Ranch Badplaas my parents and grandparents with my husband parents and our kiddies went. Everyone came from very far away. Saterday we woke up to no power, the guys they sent out to fix or find the problem had never in there life worked with electricity so they just walked around plucking oranges, it took us 4 to 5 hours to get breakfast cooked on the braaiers most of our Saterday was waisted trying to get everyone fed. We also had very very little warm water out of the 9 people there only one person could take a bath per day as there were not enough warm water to even get one quarter bath tapped. There was one very very small complementary bottle of shampoo given to 9 people, normally our rooms got a bunch each day so what happened... Lastly when we went to the kiosk for lunch (with no other clients) we got cold food and also not how we asked it for. Example my daughter is fussy as she is small so we took a normal hotdog for her and ask to just put the hotdog bun and worsie in her plate with no sauce! They made a normal one with exstra sauce they then just s**** off the sauce and guess what my daughter did not eat... </p>
