Heated pools not working
<p>We booked in on the 21st April 2017. Under reservation number R180548 -Ms S Behari. On the day of arrival the Friday and the Saturday we found that the heated pools were broken the outside pool and the hydro. The heated pools were only fixed on Sunday. No one communicated this with us. We had to find out from the security guards. We were really disappointed and unhappy with this.</p>
